Terms and conditions of Wedding contract.
Contract: By the contract between Yours Forever and the client it is mutually agreed that the Photographers shall provide services and/or goods as specified in the Wedding Package guide the client shall pay the photographers the amounts duefor the said services and/or goods.
Booking Fee: A booking fee of £250 is charged when the client signs the contract. The balance is paid six weeks before the Wedding Ceremony.
Copyrights: By the signing of a contract the client assigns to the photographers the copyright of all photographs specified in the package, the photographers may display samples of this order.
Force Majeure: The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the photographers owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation by the photographers liability shall be a full refund of all monies paid.
Photographs: The size of the prints are approximate and will differ in the album or folder to suit the framing of the photograph.
